Juries

The International Political Film Festival composes and hosts two professional juries each year.

First, the Professional Jury, made up of personalities from the world of cinema and audiovisual (actors, directors, producers, etc.). Its task is to discover the festival's fiction competition and to deliberate on it.

Secondly, the SFCC Press Jury, made up of personalities who are members of the French Syndicate of Cinema Critics (journalists, critics, etc.), partner of the festival. Its task is to discover the documentary competition of the festival and to deliberate to award the Critics' Prize - SFCC.

The composition of the two juries will soon be revealed !

FIFP also welcomes two other juries :

The Student Jury, made up of film and audiovisual students from all over Occitania. Like the Professional Jury, the students are called upon to give their opinion on the fiction competition, to award the Student Prize. Students are also supported in their career by a professional from the world of cinema.

The Young Jury, made up of secondary school students from Carcassonne, must discover three works proposed by the festival as part of its school festival, in order to award the Young Jury Prize. Children are also accompanied on their journey by a professional from the world of cinema.
