Is the health pass compulsory?

The festival will apply the health measures in force from January 14 to 18, 2022.

To date, the health pass is compulsory, as is the wearing of a mask in theaters.

Where can I buy a festival pass ?

- Very soon online by clicking here thanks to our service provider BilletWeb.

- From November 30, 2021 at the Point Accueil Culture (10 rue de la République 11000 Carcassonne).

- From January 14, at the Maison du Festival, Place Carnot (11000 Carcassonne).

Can I buy a seat for only one proposed film ?

Only films shown at the CGR Le Colisée Cinema can buy a ticket for a single screening.

The other sessions, in particular at the Le Dôme Congress Center and at the Odeum, are only accessible with a festival pass or accreditation.

Is the pass I buy personal ?

Yes, you may also be asked for an identity document when you enter the room.

What does the 20 euro film pass contain ?

The 20-euro film pass gives you access (within the limit of places available at the time of the screening) to all the festival screenings except that of the opening film as well as that of the closing film at the Le Dôme Congress Center. . It also gives you access to all the exhibitions and meetings / debates offered by the festival.

What does the films and ceremonies pass at 35 euros contain ?

The films and ceremonies pass gives you access to all of the festival's screenings, ceremonies, exhibitions, meetings / debates and cocktail dinners.

When will the timetables be online ?

The screening times, as well as the presence of the film crews will be announced on January 3, 2022.

When to arrive before the start of the sessions ?

In order to be sure of obtaining a place in the hall, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the screening announced on the festival schedule.

This especially for screenings at the Cinema CGR Le Colisée due to the size of the Colosseum halls.

Is my place in the room guaranteed for each session ?

The festival screening rooms are of different sizes (from 40 to 700 seats). We therefore cannot guarantee your place in the theater. This is why we indicate at the time of sale as well as on your ticket "guaranteed entry within the limit of places available during the screening".

To obtain a place in the hall, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the screening announced on the festival schedule. This especially for screenings at the CGR Le Colisée Cinema.

What are the main venues of the festival ?

The festival will have four venues in 2022, on the occasion of its fourth edition:

- Le Dôme Congress Center (1 rue des 3 couronnes, 11000 Carcassonne)

- The Cinema CGR Le Colisée (10 boulevard Omer Sarraut, 11000 Carcassonne)

- The Odeum (64 Rue Antoine Marty, 11000 Carcassonne)

- The Festival House (Place Carnot, 11000 Carcassonne)

What is the "Maison du Festival" ?

From 2022, the FIFP arrives at Place Carnot with a structure called “Maison du Festival”. This new place is open to all. There you can find the festival information and ticketing point, daily meetings with the official festival guests, TV broadcasts with the guests or even a lounge for the official partners of the event.

Where can I find the festival’s paper catalog ?

The festival catalog is currently under development.

It will be self-service at the CGR Le Colisée Cinema, at the Carcassonne City Tourist Office and at the City Culture Information Point.

Most traders in downtown Carcassonne are also in possession of the catalog.

How to use the QR codes in the catalog?

In the catalog, each page dedicated to a film contains a QR Code.

By hovering over your smartphone camera's camera and clicking on the link that appears to access video content on the festival website. (For some phones, an application allowing the reading of QR codes may be necessary).

How to vote for the public’s prize ?

You can access all of the festival's screening, meeting or exhibition sites, on foot, in less than 15 minutes on foot.
